Naa Ashiorkor Nortey

Naa Ashiorkor Nortey is a data scientist and tech community builder originally from Ghana and now based in Finland.

With experience spanning research, industry, and tech communities, she brings a global perspective to inclusion and equity in open source spaces. Naa is deeply involved in the Python community, serving in organizing at conferences such as EuroPython, PyConDE and PyData Berlin.

Tech communities and mentorship have played a key role in her journey. Outside of tech, she loves traveling, trying out new recipes, or getting lost in the pages of a book.
