3 days of talks, keynotes, open spaces & sprints. Choose the tier that fits your situation.
Each ticket type is available in three pricing tiers. We trust you to choose the option that best fits your situation.
As a non-profit, every ticket you buy goes back into the Python community — whether by our financial aid programme, helping those in need of support, like students, attend the conference, or supporting Python communities across Europe through our EPS Grants programme ↗.
If you need a VAT invoice with your company's name, please purchase a Business Ticket. Personal Tickets do not include a company name. To assist the registration staff, your conference badge will display the ticket tier and type.
Prices go up June 15th. Late bird tickets are 50% more expensive. Don't wait — tickets are limited and the conference sells out every year.
If you're a student or an educator working in schools or universities, this ticket is for you. We offer subsidised pricing so students and educators can join in and be part of the conference!
Are you a Python enthusiast, hobbyist, or freelancer? This ticket is for you! It's priced for individuals paying their own way, so you can enjoy the conference at a fair and affordable rate.
If your company is covering your ticket or you use Python professionally, this is the right tier for you. It's also the most common choice at EuroPython. By choosing this option, you help us keep the conference accessible. Thank you!
Are you a CPython Core Developer or an EPS Fellow? You're eligible for a free combined ticket!
Please check out our grant page for details on how to apply for the GvR grant ↗ or EuroPython Fellow grant ↗.
We know plans can change! If you can't attend, you can request a full refund via your order confirmation email until June 8, 2026. No questions asked.
After that, email us at refunds@europython.eu if you need a refund due to special circumstances.
No one should miss EuroPython because of money. We offer grants to cover tickets, travel, accommodation, and visa fees for those who need support.
A three day conference ticket grant for eligible applicants who cannot afford the registration fee.
Financial support to cover travel costs and accommodation for the duration of the conference.
Up to €90 for Schengen visa fees. Poland is in the Schengen Area. Official invitation letters provided on request.
Poland is in the Schengen Area. If you need a visa to attend EuroPython, we're here to help you through the process.
EU/EEA citizens can enter Poland freely. Citizens of many other countries can enter visa-free for short stays. Check the Polish government visa page ↗ to see if your nationality requires a Schengen visa.
Once you've purchased your ticket, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Fill out our invitation letter request form with your details and order confirmation.
Through our Financial Aid programme, we offer reimbursement of up to €90 for Schengen visa fees. Apply for financial aid when applications open alongside ticket sales.
EuroPython is run by volunteers. Every year, dozens of people help make the conference happen — and you can be one of them.
Introduce speakers, keep talks on time, and moderate Q&A sessions. A great way to meet speakers and be part of the programme.
Welcome participants, hand out badges, and be the friendly first face people see when they arrive at the venue.
Help with wayfinding, open spaces, sprint coordination, and anything else that keeps the conference running smoothly.
Volunteers who commit to a full day of shifts receive a complimentary conference ticket.
A special edition volunteer T-shirt so everyone knows you're one of the people making it all happen.
Join the EuroPython organising community and connect with people who care about Python as much as you do.
Want to collaborate or contribute? We're open to partnership opportunities and would love to hear your ideas.
